FORM OF CONSULTING ENGAGEMENT LETTER

As you know from our discussions, I am a non-lawyer consultant in wealth preservation and have provided you with my Mission Statement and Resume documents that set forth the consulting areas, my law practice background and experience, the personal income tax case resulting in my criminal conviction and resulting incarceration, and the consulting process involving my working with clients and their advisors.
This engagement letter confirms my proposal to act as a consultant to you, initially and specifically dealing with (consulting area specifics)….I therefore propose that I be an integral part of your advisor team and assure you that I will be a team player and be guided by the instructions of your legal counsel and other advisor. My billing rate, as indicated in the Mission Statement, is $275 per hour. No retainer is required and I will submit to you, with copies to your counsel, monthly billings detailing consulting services.
If, after consultation with your legal counsel, you wish to proceed with retention of my services, please then sign and return the additional copy of this letter provided for that purpose. Please note that our consulting arrangement is subject to your termination at any time, without cause, by written notice to that effect. Of course, it is assumed that you will instruct your other advisors to be fully cooperative with me so I can render consulting advice in an effective manner.
